rkierner has uploaded a patch.

Description:
If you have a list that has a lookup field to a list that has a lookup field, the second list is not included in output file from SPMetal. This patch creates a recursive method to make sure that the tree is fully included. I created the method "GetRelatedLists" on line 182 of EntityGenerator.cs in the BdsSoft.SharePoint.Linq.Tools.EntityGenerator project. So to apply the patch, I guess just replace that file and recompile
